Embossed Holiday Tree

I am loving this new Christmas Greetings stamp set from Sherrod Studio...the trees are so cute and a great size to work with! Here is a card I created from a layout idea found in the Wishes book from Close To My Heart:

The red DP is from Deja Views and the other DP (both sides used) is from My Mind's Eye. Cardstock is from Close To My Heart and is lightly sanded. The tree was stamped with White Daisy ink (also from CTMH) and embossed with white ep. The sentiment was curved onto the mount and then stamped with white ink. That's one of the great things about acrylic stamps - their flexibility!

The larger square of DP was scissor distressed around the edges and the blue-ish circle was lightly inked along the edges. For embellishment, I added three white brads and then hand cut a snowflake from sticker paper that I covered in prisma glitter, adhered to the card and added a knotted bow in the center.

I will have another tree card for you soon - I just can't seem to stop!

I am off to have some dinner and then catch the 2 hour Grey's Anatomy - I can't wait!
