Pretty Palette in a layout

It's time for another great color challenge at My Time Made Easy with the Pretty Palette team. Did you know that you have two weeks to join in the fun and you can use any products? So easy! Come join us this week!

The colors we are working with are Pink, Purple, Red and Green. Well, when I saw those, I immediately thought of my flower garden this summer because those are the colors I chose. So I decided to create a layout with a couple of Instagram photos of my flowers:

I had a difficult time finding just the right paper so I semi created the look I wanted with the paper you see above (click the photo for a closer look). The paper was originally red and white polka dots and red and white flowers on a green background. I rounded up my handy dandy Copic markers and added some pink and purple to some of the dots in order to get all of the colors of the challenge in the paper. And as you can see, my flowers are red Impatients, pink Begonias, and purple Petunias, with green leaves, of course. I added a white doily and an embossed floral border to the page and some pale green sparkles as well to dress it up. The only stamping is the word GROW which uses the Monograms Defined stamp set from My Time Made Easy - love!

I hope you enjoyed this layout idea and are inspired to play along. I'd love to see what these colors get you creating! See you again soon!
