You know how I can't pass up a good sketch and this week, the gals at 2 Sketches 4 You have a wonderful sketch that just called out to me -
And I knew just what stamp set I wanted to use (and have been neglecting for way too long!)
This beautiful wreath is from the Wreath of All Seasons set from Flourishes - isn't it just perfect for the holidays? I have a wreath very similar to this that hangs on my front door each year - maybe that's why I was so drawn to this set!
I chose some fabulous ornament-y paper from SEI and colored in the baubles on the wreath to match the colors in the paper. The pink cardstock was impressed with the Linen impression plate from Papertrey Ink. I added some sparkles to the wreath (from Taylored Expressions) and tied some baker's twine from Jillibean Soup behind my focal image. While not entirely traditional Christmas colors, it's very much a "deck the halls" card!
Be sure to give this sketch a try - I would love to see what you come up with!
