It's time for another challenge from MyGrafico Challenges! This week, the challenge is to create a project with a dinosaur theme. We'd really LOVE it if you used images from MyGrafico, if possible. If you don't have any yet, check out the freebie section where they have a great selection of freebies!!!
Here's my sample:
This didn't come together quite as I had pictured in my head but I still think it turned out ok. And the dino is super cute! I found the background as an image on the internet (I did a Yahoo image search for volcano) and I resized it for a card front and printed it from my pc. The triceratops (aren't you impressed I know what kind of dino it is??) and the pond were both colored with Copics and the dino has a little texture on him achieved by dabbing the Copic colorless blender on him to lift some of the color away. The images are both from this set by MyGrafico:

How fun is this!!!! Love the sentiment and the use of the photo :) I did the same texture technique on my dino - I guess great minds think alike :)
