Black and White in Paris

Did you think I forgot you? Nope, I've just been suffering with a sinus infection. I am not at all prone to these so it hit me like a ton of bricks! But 24 hours of antibiotic and I don't feel like my head will explode any more.

So I have a card to share with you. This was created for a contest over at The Greeting Farm. A sketch was provided and the card had to be created in all black, white and gray. So here's my entry:

This card has a little bit of everything! The photo was spruced up in Photoshop where I added the filmstrip edge, there's a layer of vellum over the cardstock background and it is adhered with brads, stickers words make up the sentiment that is popped up on the front and of course, the little chef (we'll call him Pierre) is an image from TGF.

There's still time to play if you want to join in the fun! Deadline for the B&W cards is Tuesday! And be sure to come back tomorrow for an all new So Sketchy Sunday!

I find black & white so tricky, so I'm SO envious of your card! And Pierre is the cutest!! If only there was a beret!

I love, love, love your card. One of my favs. But I am parttial to anything from France.

Whoa on the Sinus infection. I had one last month (didn't know what it was at first) and it sucked the life out of me. Good luck.
