PTI sketch challenge

PaperTrey Ink is celebrating their anniversary in style with new products, give-aways and much more! If you haven't been there, be sure to visit - you can even register to win every new stamp set they release through the entire year! Check out Day 4 for the contest info.

Today, Nicole (from PTI) offered a sketch challenge - the sketch came as a dot-to-dot (remember those?) that, once completed, provided the sketch. All cards entered based on the sketch have a chance to win every roll of ribbon that PTI carries - and who can't use ribbon???

So here is my card based on the sketch:

All products used are from PTI except the ribbon, brads and black ink (Memento) and saying stamp (CTMH). The piece with the ribbon threaded through was punched with the Fiskars border punch, Threading Water. The brads started white and were colored with a Copic marker to match the ribbon color. It's hard to tell from the picture but the piece with the saying is embossed around all 4 edges to create a "frame" using the Scor-Pal. *For some reason, the card looks a little pink in this photo - it is actually cream.

Come see me tomorrow when I unveil some new plans for this blog - you won't want to miss it!
