Easter is almost here and I have already snacked my way through a couple boxes of one of my favorite Easter candies - the Peep. Soft and squishy and right from the box - yum! And I know they make Peeps at other times of the year but for some reason, they are best at Easter.
So when I saw this stamp, it was a must-have for me:
Our theme this week at Corrosive Challenges is Easter and this card definitely says that to me. Here are this week's Big Ideas I incorporated into this card:
* K.I.S.S. - Keeping it super sparkly! (and simple). I started with my row of peeps, stamped in Tuxedo Black Memento ink and then colored with bright Copic colors. Then I simply dotted glue from a Zig 2-way glue pen over the images and dumped on the Prisma Glitter.
* I created a hand drawn border easily with a black pen and ruler. I stamped my sentiment 1st and then just started and stopped my border at the images.
That's it - Easter greetings ready to go!
I hope you will share one of your Easter creations with us this week at Corrosive. Be sure to check out what the rest of the team is showing off and I'll be looking forward to seeing your creation this week! Have a creative day!

Ummm...me too! Peeps are awesome! In fact, I ate a whole container of them for breakfast the other day! I could not help it!! :) Darling card! Love the border idea!
Cute! Although I do not eat peeps for breakfast, or any other time really. But they are sweet and this is a sweet card!
Love that stamp too, Mary - much more than actual Peeps (not much of a marshmallow fan here!)...great idea with the colors :)
