Corrosive Sunday and more Big Ideas

Sorry I'm a little late posting today but I have some great ideas for you to try so I think you'll forgive me.

This week's Corrosive Challenge is a sketch challenge. If you'd like to play along, here's the sketch:

And here's my take on the sketch:

Ahhhh to relax in a warm bubble bath... this bunny has the right idea!

There are a couple of little changes I did with the sketch - I added a ribbon embellishment along the left side instead of a strip of paper or cardstock and instead of three embellishments at the bottom right of the image, I have 4. Now for this week's Big Ideas:

* The bubbles in the tub were dotted with Liquid Glass to add a little watery dimension.
* The "bubble" embellishments are circle epozy window charms from Close To My Heart. Three were added directly to the card and the fourth was placed over the sentiment and then adhered overlapping the other three.
* Check out that ribbon trim! This was just a flat piece of saddle stitched ribbon from PaperTrey Ink to start with, but since the ribbon is stitched, you can take the stitching and pull to gather the ribbon making a bunchy and really cool trim! You'll see me use this technique more than once, I'm sure!

So won't you gice the challenge a try this week? Just create your take on the sketch and then link it up at Corrosive Challenges - you might just win some chipboard tags and matching paper from Piggy Tales!

I'm off to an Arts and Crafts fair - have a geat day!

I LOVE window charms and you used them to perfection here! Cute card. I have tried that with ribbon before and I LOVE the effect...and SO easy.
