The pet stamps are from The Greeting Farm and the letters for the signage are from JustRite Stampers. Paper from Papertrey Ink. It's hard to tell in this picture, but the awning is dimensional - here's another view:
That might not be much better but you can kind of see the dimension - just added a little more of a realistic look.
