The sketch posted at Card Patterns for their summer Design Team call turned into a bit of a challenge for me! So instead of creating one card, I went for two - and how different they are!
The first features a new stamp I just received of Foxy - one of the Gorjuss girls stamps (from Sugar Nellie):
Isn't she precious?? I wish you could see this in person - so many cool textures going on!
The kraft cardstock base has a Cuttlebugged top section followed by a band of wide sheer organza ribbon that has a satin edging, then a strip of fabric (that's the printed piece) followed by a lace band and finally a row of tiny pom-poms. Sorry the organza ribbon didn't photograph very well - it looks crinkly but it really isn't.
The beautiful image was colored with Copics and a little pom-pom was added to the hat as well as a little pearl in the center of her flower. The additional flowers on the card were all colored to match with Copics and also have a little pearl in the center. I think she (and her little foxy) are just adorable!
I also used the sketch to create this card:
Totally different, right? This card is much more pastel and bling-y! The image is a new stamp from Impression Obsession, colored with Copics and highlighted with sparkles, Diamond Stickles and the shiny, clear Spica pen from Copic. As you can see, I also rotated the sketch for a different look. The beautiful DP is from basic Grey (Wisteria) and the silver paper is from a holiday paper pack from Target. I added the sparkles on the silver paper for added interest and a piece of twisted silver metallic ribbon is behind the pop-dotted image on the right side.

Have a creative week!

Your cards are adorable. Love the little pom pom on your gojuss girls hat.
Both cards are wonderful! Love the colors on the first one (deep reds are my fav) and yes, she's adorable!
The second is also great, love the bling!!!
Mary,
Two wonderful yet very different cards - I love them both.
Both you cards are simply stunning! So different but so great both of them.
I do love the Gorjuss girls, but I have to say the second card is my favorite. I love the colors, the stamp and the bling - it's truly Gorjuss!!
I love both of them but I partial to the perfume bottles.
These are both terrific cards! My fav is the second one with the perfume bottles. You don't see images like that much done on a card.
