Time-Out Tuesday!

EDIT: Below is the sample I spoke about in this post - not much to see as far as the template I talked about but the bottom swirl was paper pierced using the template - made it really quick and easy! I am planning another project soon using the template a little more extensively and will share that with you as soon as possible.

I also want to note that this card was created using the sketch of the week at Mojo Monday! If you play along, you might win a free stamp set! See Mojo's blog for details. Here's my card:

Isn't she pretty?? This little Anya is showing off her beautiful Spring hat, complete with satin rose. The papers are from PTI and Basic Grey and the image is from The Greeting Farm. I just love the way this card turned out! Thanks for taking a peek! The rest of the Time Out Tuesday post follows!

It's a late night, Time-Out Tuesday post - just before it becomes Wednesday! I have to warn you - this is an enabler post and something you have to check-out!! I just received my recent order from Emma's Paperie (one of my favorite online shopping spots) and in my order was a template that I saw on her site and I thought, well this looks interesting, let's give it a shot. Well let me tell you, I love this new little goodie! It's made by The Crafter's Workshop and they carry all sorts of doodling templates! The one I got is called Posie and it is awesome because it also can be used for paper piercing - gives me some direction and a pattern to follow and who can't use that??

I don't have a sample yet to show you as my camera battery died but I will be posting one hopefully tomorrow!

So check-it-out! Head over to Crafter's Workshop and see what cool templates they offer. Templates are available for quilters, as well. Enjoy!

Oh and before I head out, I have to know - if you're a fan of The Bachelor, what did you think of the end results of this season? I feel bad that Molly and Jason are getting a lot of flak for what happened and I think that, although it was a horrible thing for Melissa, Jason did the right thing by not dragging it out any longer, admitting that he made a mistake and he's now trying to move forward. Share your thoughts in a comment on this post - my husband doesn't have any opinions to share about it so I can't "dish" with him!

Have a creative Wednesday!
