Today I have yet another sketch challenge for you - this one is from MyGrafico Challenges! We got to work with the cutest sock monkey digi stamp set this week and he just screamed "paper piece me"! Ok, well he didn't really scream it - that would have been creepy.
Here's my card:
Isn't he cute?? The paper is all from My Mind's Eye (LOVE their paper!!) and the cardstock is from Close To My Heart. His hat is the flip side of the paper his body was cut from and his tummy and face are from cardstock. So easy to paper piece with digi images - you just print as many as you want, cut the parts out of the various papers and reassemble. And I thought the squiggly printed paper gave a little texture look to his body. I also added a crocheted medallion (thanks Mom!) and a button as an embellishment.
If you would like to play along, here is this week's sketch:
Create your card and upload to your blog or other gallery (please use keyword MG24), then go to the MyGrafico Challenges blog and post a link to your creation. You don't have to use MyGrafico images but we would love to see them if you have them! You might win the featured digi set of the week!
And be sure to check out the rest of the team's artwork - Team A from Monday's challenge and Team B's from today. It's almost 1:00 am and I am off to bed. Have a great Wednesday and I will be back soon with more to share!
